I offer personal training in gyms and/or homes for New York City residents.
Online health coaching
I will build you a personalized wellness package with programmed workouts, nutrition plans and personal coaching.
We'll work one-on-one to assess your goals, build a plan, and make them happen.
*Services can be in person for New York City residents or via tele-health.
Every coach, counselor, and/or trainer needs a framework. The lens through which they see problems and create solutions. Below you can see my framework (also my logo).
Physical Activity and Exercise
Movement is so important for the health of people.
This can be general (physical activity) or purposeful quantifiable movement (exercise).
Mental Health and Stress Management
Stress effects us all every day. Having strategies to manage it is important. Sometimes that crosses a threshold into a mental health issue. I'm here to help with both.
What we ingest has a big effect on us. Whether it's food, beverages, or supplements, what we put in our body influences our health in a big way.
Sleep and Recovery
If there is one biological process that is central to our health it is sleep. Sleep is the base of recovery, however this circle also includes other things we do for ourselves to improve how we physically recover.
It consists of 4 intersecting circles, each representing one of the central areas of health and wellness.
They are depicted in this pattern, because each one intersects with all of the others in different forms and combinations similar to how they intersect in our lives. Nutrition affects exercise, exercise benefits mental health, both of these can affect sleep and so on and so forth.
When working with someone, I try and look at the whole picture of their person and health, not just one of the segments. I wanted a symbol that reflected this.
